Paint Restoration
Why Paint Restoration Is Important
Over time, your vehicle’s paint becomes dull from sun exposure, oxidation, swirl marks, and everyday wear. Paint restoration brings back clarity, shine, and depth while protecting your car’s exterior from further damage. Restoring paint not only improves appearance but also helps maintain your vehicle’s value and prevents long-term deterioration.
The Common 3-Step Paint Correction Process
1. Compounding
This first step removes heavier defects such as deep scratches, oxidation, and noticeable swirl marks. Compounding levels the clear coat to eliminate the damaged top layer.
2. Polishing
Polishing refines the surface after compounding. It removes micro-scratches and haze, restoring clarity and enhancing gloss for a smoother, more even finish.
3. Finishing / Protecting
The final step seals and protects the corrected paint using wax, sealant, or ceramic coating. This protects against UV rays, contamination, and future swirl marks while adding long-lasting shine.
